Apartment is located in the best part of the town Hvar and it is situated on the top floor of a private house.
Consists of one bedroom, bathroom with shower, spacious air conditioned kitchen/living room with sofa bed for one or two additional persons which equipped with TV/SAT, Wi-Fi,
One of the most appreciated feature of this apartment is that it has a spacious living room/kitchen that extends into the balcony with a specacular view to the sea and nearby Pakleni islands. It is hard to know which is better: the spectacular morning view of the Pakleni Islands over breakfast ,or a drink on the same balcony watching the spectacular sunset over the same islands later in the day.
In the vicinity is a supermarket, as well as the sporting facilities of Hotels Amfora and Podstine with numerous beaches (pebble and stone) within easy walking distance and the main Hvar grand beach resort ˝Amfora˝.Near to the beautiful beaches are facilities such as restaurants, supermarket, taxi boats, a rent-a-boat service, a diving centre, etc. Tennis courts are also in the immediate vicinity.
Just 10-12 minutes pleasant walk along the sea will take you to the old town center of Hvar.
There is a posibility to park your car in the neighborhood.
Daily rent includes: tourist tax, electricity and water cost, bedding, towels, initial and final cleaning.
Dear guests,
it’s forbidden to lead other guests in the apartment who are not registered, however the house owner may, upon the request of the guest, permit possible visits at certain times. After 22:00h and between 14h and 16h please do not make a loud noises because you are not alone in the house, otherwise you will be forced to leave your apartment. You are responsible for your personal valuables left in the apartment/room and the owner is not responsible for the subsequent loss thereof. In the event of the disappearance or damage to installations, furniture appliances, equipment of the apartment/room the guest is obliged to notify the owner or agency. If the damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
Please, one day before check out ask where to leave the key of the apartment.
